Professional Services is responsible for ensuring best possible commercial terms with our vendors within IT and Professional Services.ChallengesFor our IT negotiation team, we need a new colleague to help us obtain the best possible contracts with Novo Nordisk’s IT suppliers. Due to our vast growth, Novo Nordisk is investing in a lot of IT activities, and we have a dedicated focus to negotiate the best contracts with the best suppliers within the areas of IT Services, Infrastructure and Applications. You will get the opportunity to work independently in an ambitious team that is responsible for driving sourcing processes, negotiating contracts and managing a wide array of stakeholders across the organisation, nationally and internationally.QualificationsTo make the most of Novo Noridsk’s IT investments, we need a new colleague, and the ideal candidate must have a broad knowledge of IT and solid experience of negotiating contracts within the IT area. You have a relevant higher education on Master level (Cand. Merc., Cand. Merc. Jur., MBA or the like) with excellent results. You have a min. of 5 years full time work experience, and you have tacit knowledge of the categories and/or experience from negotiating contracts within the area, e.g. as a IT project manager in a well-established IT Consultancy or software house, as a sourcing professional with IT related categories or the like. You are outgoing and you are used to working with a number of different projects and stakeholders simultaneously. You are analytically strong – both with processes and with numbers - and you are able to use these skills to advice senior stakeholders on commercial issues in negotiations.As a person you are ambitious and driven by getting results while at the same time being a well-liked colleague. You easily establish a high level of trust and commitment with your colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers. You are self driven and continuously raising the bar for yourself and your peers, and you have a strong cross-cultural mindset from international work experience that will support the global expansion of Corporate Sourcing.
